FOUNDER & BROKER
With deep roots in Maine and years of experience helping buyers and sellers across the state, Zachery Blair brings a genuine understanding of Maine’s communities, homes, and lifestyle. His approach to real estate is built on honesty, clear communication, and treating every client like family. Zach believes every home has a story, and he takes pride in helping people find the right fit for their next chapter.
When he’s not working with clients or leading PinePoint Realty, Zach enjoys time with his family and dog, going on adventures, and hitting the bowling alley whenever he gets the chance.
Kate Blair
CO-FOUNDER & ASSOCIATE BROKER
With a strong eye for design and a natural talent for modern marketing, Kate Blair plays a key role in how Maine homes are presented and marketed to today’s buyers. She blends data-driven market insight with a warm, approachable style that helps clients feel confident and supported throughout the buying and selling process.
Outside of real estate, Kate enjoys the simple things that make life feel full—caramel iced lattes from Dunkin’, singing in the kitchen, gardening, and spending time with her family and dog.
